As a former employee, I can say something about this company, work in itself is not bad, payment on time, tolerable atmosphere – but it is enough that you have a little bit of your opinion, you will not fit the newly elected "foreman" in the warehouse, you do not have life there, a type totally unfamiliar with work, got on the stool because it is known, to whom and where he did "right", besides, this gentleman lies and makes up what has already been proven to him more than once. The "managerial" staff in this warehouse is one big clique, they look at the hands of ordinary employees and they can sit in the office on their phones dealing with their private affairs, for example,. choosing and buying shoes or browsing social media. If, in their opinion, you overdo something or "roll your eyes" if they give you a command, then automatically reckon with the fact that they will come up with some punishment for you. – yes, yes, normally as in kindergarten. A warehouse manager is not really bad, to settle with him goes a lot of things but hides his own and this in my opinion is not right. If you are a trolley operator and you hope that only on the trolley you will work, you will be severely surprised, there was a different conversation at the job interview, which is different from reality, you are just like other warehousemen and so it is on the contract, there is no trolley operator in the contract, what's funny, and if something does not fit the management immediately remove you from the cart and you get a manual pallet because there may not be another and you have to collect orders, counting even 300 rolls on one pallet, and light rollers are not. You also don't get a work outfit right away, I was waiting for my clothes 4 months and I did not wait, the footwear you get to start is very uncomfortable, despite many requests and reports, nothing has been done about it. From my perspective – I do not recommend.
