Overtime is for selected i.e.. Leaders who can come on Saturday and Sunday to sit all day on 4 letters and make coconuts for it, And a company can take bonuses away from normal employees without giving a reason and without even informing the employee about it (Is it even legal?). I strongly advise against and do not recommend.
