One of the major problems in the company is the management, Developers who under “Awards” For seniority were promoted to managers without absolutely no predisposition for human management. But “Flying” To the Cretyan meetings during which they establish key things for the company, Not writing any findings from these meetings, Do not do absolute nothing. A favorite of the management is public gripes on “Poor” Employees in their presence. The absolute lack of managerial professionalism pulpits this company to the bottom. I advise against anyone pushing in this marsh simply not worth it.
