    Miałem wypadek w pracy z kolegą.Spadliśmy z rampy bo kontener odjechał za szybko.Wszystko z winy kierowcy,bo zabrał nie ten kontener co potrzeba.Firma Ideal nas olała tak jak pan koordynator.Nawet do szpitala z nami nie pojechał bo wymyślał idiotyczne historie żeby tylko winy GLS-u nie było.Wszystko obrócili przeciwko nam a po powrocie z chorobowego nas zwolnili.Z PEŁNYM PRZEKONANIEM NIE POLECAM FIRMY IDEAL WORK GERMANY!STANIE CI SIĘ KRZYWDA TO ZOSTAWIAJĄ CIĘ NA LODZIE :(

How can anyone this company called fine?People what you get paid for writing positive comments?Because it seems to me,that so!The company in the order called the company that employees like gloves.   7. The company uses loopholes to bypass the labour code. Recruits to the working people without education,punished,alimenciarzy and every social margin. Cheat employees with taxes and everything. Even for transport to work are paying out of your own pocket. In neuenstein gentlemen have a ridiculous contract work,that are signed every month!!!!Work to light do not because you have to throw the packages even after 50 kg and is on time!Housing conditions are abysmal,and very often lack of hot water and heating,because the company spóznia the payments. In mice and flies, and every weekend event aloholowo-drug. Certainly no one I will sleep!To the nearest store(LIDL) is quite a few kilometers. Therefore, if you don't have your own car is hard about anything. But people remember how fałszowałeś elections in bad hersfeld and podpisywałeś ballot papers for the workers. And as police detained two employees on the border with drugs,and you had their release and they have worked a long time…Such errors I have more to make you recall.

  10. Ideal Work this agency that recruits employees to work in the GLS in Hesse,and exactly in Neuenstein is a funny work without any respect for human dignity and respect for employees. It work under enormous pressure of time(and please believe me,that the Poles there do not save) After 7 hours per day in scorching heat over 50 degrees celciusza,because these are hot containers from the Sun on the outside. Each operation in the GLS is done on time and hard time at the beginning to keep up with all of this,because even the scanner not scan packages. But oh well,the company is of the opinion,either you work efficiently and give their all,or silently to bid farewell with you at the end of the month, not extending the contract for you. Childish play for such a large company(from what they promote)No wonder,that Ideal has eternal demand for workers since the 10 staff is only newly adopted in two. This is not a work of which the person could be happy,because after a long working in this ridiculous company ,a person can develop serious degeneration, and more. For a moment the well, camp,I've seen a lot of fainting from the heat,many fractures, etc. The company does not have a EUROPEAN HEALTH INSURANCE card for employees,a Polish care coordinator is objectionable. No one in the Office is not interested in whether someone is sick or overworked. You have to work and how you would have ridden to Neuenstein and guxhagen or depo. The best, however, the moment was,that lasted three weeks!!!As there was no hot water and heating in the winter!!!!But none of the hated this specifically not took over. Weird and funny to me are positive comments that are written by the ladies sitting in the Office ideala. In this work the payment even disagree with month to month. Not to mention the room that he shares with someone or sometimes in a few people and charge a tax of € 300 and sometimes even more. Just read the contract before you sign and you can see with the naked eye,that this pseudo company,that robs us,and does not give you earn,because in a normal company vacation hours paid,privileges, etc.,and here is all the other way around. Even for a bus which is a company you have to pay to get to work. Man after a month of time is exhausted physically and mentally,and here is already take care sznowny pan Coordinator(the cynical,arrogant,Cheeky and little concrete) along with the majstrem(fake,a vengeful)If so should look like a normal company?Think about whether you want to work there.     I worked there for quite a while and it's nice to this work did I mention!
    – Vacations get only Favorites and coordinator of the master

    -the lack of advances
    -wage per pausach 3500zł
    -work on the 7kach 4200zł
    -very hard work under enormous pressure of time
    -average package weight is about 23 kg
    -in the apartment of shit and the mouse

    -atmosphere with other employees of the terrible. Crab,they drink,ćpają and the eternal fight
    -work on the 18;30-2;30 and a second job from 5:00-7;30
    -driving to work the corporate shuttle bus service at the expense of the employee with pause it 3,5 euros per day
    -payment every month, disagree, and no one is able to logically explain this
    -work of the Coordinator is to addressing spiskami and foolishness
    -the agreement renewed every month on 0,75 time
    --apartments for rent in the countryside where the whole year stinks of crap

  13. If anyone is considering working for GLS in Germany through the Ideal Work, we strongly advise against. Why? Let's start with can work in stock, that is more like a labour camp after World War II. Pracowałem w GLS GERMANY w NEUEINSTEIN za pośrednictwem IDEAL WORK GERMANY.Miłe tej pracy nie wspominam.W pierwszy dzień pracy bez jakich kolwiek szkoleń BHP czy nawet zapoznania się z pracą,jesteś rzucony na głęboką wodę.Odrazu gołym okiem widać,że polaków mają tam za nikogo.Niemcy pracują sobie powoli,a polak ma dać z siebie wszystko.Praca oczywiście na akord,a paczki ciężkie bo nawet po 45 kg.Praca bardzo ciężka i monotonna.Ciągle tylko pospieszają i żądają od Ciebie zielonego premiowanego koloru.Nie interesuje ich to,że paczki są ciężkie lub idą opony,dywany.Kolor ma być i koniec,a jak nie to weg.Dziwię się,że w tak cywilizowanym kraju jak niemcy tamtejsza inspekcja pracy zezwala na dzwiganie tak ciężkich paczek przy tak ogromnej presji czasu.Mam nadzieję,że w końcu ktoś się weźmie za nich i przede wszystkim zmniejszy tempo pracy oraz gabaryty i wagę paczek.Nikomu nie polecam tej firmy,która jest pracą która zrobi w niedalekiej przyszłości z kogoś kalekę.

And later it turns out,that to work you need to dojeżdzać after 40 kilometers in one direction, at its own expense!!!You return from work 2:30.You go home and wait for the 4:00 for the trip. Work at the 7:30 and back to the House. Work very hard!Not for everyone!Packages are even after 50 kg. Sometimes by seven hours of trezba discharge 18 containers are after work a man does not think about anything just to lie down,and here ya go so far to work. Living conditions even ok. With this,that 16 people under one roof is an exaggeration. Write a hours,because usually nothing to disagree with the accounts. Think the signing of the agreement with this company,the name of the award has already been changed.

  27. If someone wants to be a slave, I recommend, speak nicely, and there are other realities. Apartments for 16 people, one kitchen, one kettle, stove with 4 burners, at the bottom of one toilet, and on top of the other. Stairs on which the throw is not a problem. For 300 the euro is a big exaggeration

      You can earn you can live and living conditions cool but this is not a luxury hotel here as a guest wished. It is ok to be valid, that safe for work affect your account
